Returning Products
Unfortunately, sometimes it is necessary to return our products whether it is because of a shipping error on our part, damaged shipment, or maybe what you ordered was not exactly what you wanted. Whatever the case may be please follow the below suggestions. All shipping charges for a return are the responsibility of the customer. We strongly suggest that you insure the returned item(s), and use a traceable carrier that will provide you with tracking services and proof of delivery. Please remember it is your responsibility to file a shipping claim if a returned item is lost or damaged in transit. What this means is that you the customer are responsible for inspecting the package for damage before you sign a receipt or a Bill of Laden. If your package is damaged, immediately fill out a claim form with the delivery driver and fill out our online customer service form to request a return. We will not refund returns that have been installed. All original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Shipping Errors
Products being returned because of errors that we made on your order will be taken care of immediately. We will ship you the correct products, and we will schedule return shipping with no additional cost to you.

Damaged Returns
For products that were damaged during shipment to you please remember to file a shipping claim immediately with the delivery driver, and fill out our online claim form., We must then receive the returned items before a refund or reshipment will occur. Once we receive the products we will either refund you for the product plus shipping, or send a new unit to you at no charge to you.

Dissatisfied with your order?
We offer a 30-day money back guarantee. We accept returns in original condition if you are not satisfied within 30 days of receipt of your order. We carefully inspect all returns. The amount of refund is based on the condition of the returned product(s). Items must be in original packaging and must not have been installed. Deliveries refused for reasons other than shipping damage will be handled the same as a return.

For all other returns, original shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable.

Refunds are based on the condition of the equipment when returned. Available refunds are as follows:
  • 100% - Unopened or opened box with all contents in original condition. This includes the product and all packaging.
  • 90% - Opened box, equipment is in working order, but product is not in exact original condition. For instance, the product is incorrectly packaged, missing packing materials, instructions missing, marked or wrinkled, etc.
  • 75% - Opened box, equipment is in working order, but product shows signs of wear. This includes scratches, marks on product (screws or screw-hole areas), wires bent or cut, etc.
  • Partial or No Refund - Partial or No Refund – Open box, damaged or missing items, dirty, bent, not working, or if the equipment appears to have been installed. We will be as fair as possible in determining variable refunds. However, if the refund amount in not acceptable to you, you do have the option of paying the shipping charges and we will send the items back to you.

Warranty Claims
We honor all manufacturer warranties on our equipment. If you have a defective or damaged part that is covered under the warranty please complete the online return form and return the defective or damaged part to us. Upon receipt of the damaged or defective part we will process the claim and send the new part to you.

The products sold on our site are intended by the manufacturers to be installed by a professional heating and air conditioning contractor, except for replacement items and filters. However, if you are mechanically inclined you can install them on your own and save a substantial amount of money. For safety purposes do not install an outdoor unit, air handler, or furnace unless you are qualified to do so. We want you to be able to make an informed decision and weigh the entire pros and cons of self installation, so that your decision to purchase from us is informed and you feel it is a success. Look at the examples below.

Example #1 Contractor
  1. Is more costly but you get a professional installation.
  2. Labor warranty provided by the contractor on workmanship.
  3. Validation of your warranty with the manufacturer.
  4. Process warranty claims for you with the manufacturer.
Example #2 Do-it-yourself
  1. Substantial savings.
  2. Once installed, you must call a local heating and air conditioning contractor of your choice to inspect and start the unit to validate the warranty with the manufacturer and with us.
  3. Warranty claims - it is recommended that you call the same heating and air conditioning contractor to process warranty claim for you with the manufacturer and also to provide you with new parts.
  4. The contractor will charge you their labor fee for processing your warranty claim and to install the warranty parts.
Manufacturers of the equipment sold on our site sell to dealers only and will not provide technical support or warranty replacement parts to you directly.

How we can help
Our company is not an installing or inspecting contractor, but we can help process a warranty claim for you. You will need to provide us a copy of your contractor’s receipt indicating that you had a contractor either install or inspect your equipment before start-up. Contractor should be a professional whose contract information can be verified. If you do not have a receipt from a contractor, we cannot process warranty claims for you.

Rarely do we have to process warranty claims if the product is installed properly.
